Enemies causing considerable GPU spike

I am playing the game on an RTX 3060 laptop with i7-11800H, and the game runs really well on high settings for the most part. In an empty room, the game utilizes around 50%-60% of mu GPU. However, this utilization quickly jumps up once enemies are introduced to the scene, sometimes leading to frame drops in the same room. Dead enemies and corpses still cause this. Perhaps it is possible to add an option to tone down the Peeling System on dead enemies or reduce the limit of how many enemy corpse can be present at a time?

    Hello @TheSerious7thCat

can we try the following steps and check if this continues?

    • Make sure the game is installed on an internal SSD (versus HDD or external SSD connected via USB)
    • Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
    • EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
    • Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
    • Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
    • Rolling back your GPU drivers to a previous version then test
    • Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

    Thanks!
