Even after 1.005 patch for Dead Space Remake, stutter is still a big problem

I knew about the stutter issue from others with higher end PC's than my own, but I still wanted to see for myself. And they were right. Massive stutters when it comes to frames & distortion of audio when doing anything in the game. But I found an even worse issue on my end, which apparently others have as well, so I know it's not an issue with my hardware. The game for whatever reason seems to try to make more use out of my CPU (processor) than my GPU, with reports of usage being between 85-95%, which should obviously NOT happen. To give an example, COD: MWII & Battlefield 2042, I'm able to easily run on max settings with great performance, with utilization of my CPU being NOWHERE that close, maybe 45% max. So other than the universal stutter, the game also has an issue that seems to run your CPU absolutely ragged, with little reason. And no, the latest 1.005 patch did not address this issue, so it may be weeks before this eventually gets addressed.

AMD Ryzen 7 5700G

GeForce RTX 2060 Super

w/32GB of RAM

Windows 10 64-bit

If in need of further specs, lmk. The OG Dead Space is one of my favorite games of all time, I've heard nothing but great things about this remake, but I would just like to play and enjoy the game, since these issues are preventing me from doing so.
