Failed to launch game

Failed to launch game 

I've been getting this error for 3 days now trying to launch dead space 2, all it says is "Failed to launch game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later". I have tried everything at this point, repaired and resintalled the game, repaired and reinstalled the app, disabled anitvirus, run the game and app as admin but I just keep getting the same error. I would be most greatful for any help.
