@Pixelwave99 This was brought up a few times. Apparently, it's a sync issue with NG+. It comes down to a few things you can do that we have seen.
- Save as a new save and reload.
- Reload from a previous save and then save again as a new one
- Start a different NG+
- Or just a reinstall which some of them stated was easier so they didn't start over.
