Freezing on ea user agreement PS5

So running into an issue with the game freezing at the user agreement screen when I launch the game on my ps5. I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache and rebuilding database, deleting and reinstalling game save data, and restoring licenses and nothing has worked. I was able to delete the save game data and start over but once I got off the game and went to play again later, ran into the exact same issue.

    Hi @Drogan91, Do you get an error message or notice the game crash to your dashboard? Also, to check are you playing from the PS5 internal SSD or an external drive?
