Game keeps crashing in same spot getting the Shock device

Game keeps crashing in the same spot for me on my PC  It's the get the shock device after the thermite to blow to the morgue access.  I go down the elevator during the quarantine lockdown and get mobbed by several of the infected.  And it crashes claiming my video card needs the latest driver could fix the issue.  I have the latest driver for my 3060, I'm running 16GB of Ram an i5 10th gen and it's installed on my SSD.  It's ran flawlessly up until this point, and it's crashed 5 times on me at this same spot.  I've verified my installed folders too and steam claims no issues found.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.
