Game save/load bug

Game save load bug
Game bought on steam. Got to the game save bug when playing new game plus. Game crash's on loading or saving menu. I'm aware there is a limit to the amount of saves in this game that causes this bug. I've tried everything and I can find it. Is there anyone that can at least advise me on how to delete my game saves when I can't even gain access to them.
