I bought the limited edition copy for the extra suits and guns. now how do i access them?

I bought the limited edition copy of dead space 3 for pc and it says it came with extra suits and weapons but i do not know how to find/access them. please help!

they should be automatically  available. guns are in your safe, acess through a bank and suits through suit stations though it takes a while until you find one.

wait it said " either your account has been disabled or you cannot access this game. please visit ea.support.com for help". i looked there and it says nothing about it
