I can't download dead space trough Ea Play on PS5

I bought Ea Play to play Dead Space i played the game for a few hours then they took it out from the subscription. Now its back in but when i try do download it it shows an error , i contacted Plays...

Hi yes mine is the same I downloaded it when released on ea play but now it has a lock symbol and when I try to download it just says something went wrong or you all ready own this can't download it

@SamTechEG if you are running into the same issue, we advise to reach out to Sony and have the account looked into.
