I just got to Chapter 5: Lethal Devotion, and following the locator to the hallway to medical, I am faced with an infinite Stand By door.
I've waited, tried to go around the map, everything. I cannot proceed.

I'm having the same bug in the start of Chapter 5.

I've not had any other issues and this is quite irritating because I'm on impossible and don't wanna restart.
I'm taking notes, the issue is that the "objective complete" green screen isn't pop in, so the advance is halted. After update on PC several more issues arise, now there's is stuttering, I'm playing on a rtx 3080.
