INJECT the wheezer : loop of death in loading screen

Hi,  I injected wheezer 3 and then wheezer 2 and then wheezer 1. Now it says inject wheezer 4 (which is strange when it’s actually only 3 as per the cut scene). I then died and now am stuck in loadi...
