Is Some Of The DEAD SPACE 3 DLC Content No Longer Available?

I was just recently on the retro PS3 store and found that I couldn't add the Bot Capacity Upgrade nor Witness The Truth Pack to my cart. Because the responding-message would appear "This product can not be purchased at this time"

Has EA pulled this off the shelves??? or is regionally restricted?(I live in Canada, if that makes a difference) Because I already attempted to contact Playstation Support who could not figure-out what was wrong and instead directed me back to EA for assistance on this matter.

Anyone have any idea on what's going one with these particular DS3 DLC's?????
