Ishimura Clinic - Intensive Care glitch
ok, I just reach the part where I watch Nicole hologram run off and you were told to follow it.
Found the secret room, but after that, I am stuck,
looking it up at the internet, there is suppose to be a power node which I can pull out off from the wall to plug elsewhere
but the spot in my game, it shows no power node.
Using kinesis on that spot does nothing.
So basically, without that power node, I am dead in the water in the clinic with
no way to get into the morgue.
anyone else had this problem?

ok, just a little update.
There is something weird that happened before being stuck at the clinic and I'm not sure it is related or not.
But the part after I bombed the obstacles to get to the clinic, just before you get pass the bomb wreckage, a necromorph with
burst through the vent above and attack you, correct? Well, that necromorph is invisible for me and my character keep getting hit by this invisible entity.
So blindly shooting and killing it, the necromorph's body appeared and slumped dead.
After this, I encountered that clinic glitch.
So after trying for a bit, I luckily had a manual save before I bombed the obstacle and loaded from there. The necromorph appeared as normal (not invisible).
and the clinic power node appears in that wall again.
So basically, everythings good on my side now.
