@Player_8uflk99l Its been reported by others. You have to go into settings and start making changes for you on a personal level. 

So like change motion blur - Camera shake, film grain etc.

You have to play around with the settings themselves. When I play at the house my TV has specific settings that make it darker but if I take my console to a friend's house, it becomes really bright and very white like white shaders are all the way up.

hey just need to ask, while im playing on a laptop so im doomed to have tech issues, what specific settings did you alter and how to solve this problem, i have it and its driving me insane

@32425107 We would need to see a DxDiag so that we can take a look as something could be outdated or corrupting it. I play on a laptop that isn't technically a gaming laptop but since the game is now aging up, and even the remake there are settings you can change in game depending on your specific hardware.
