Limited edition code

I bought a new copy of dead space 3 limited edition for xbox 360 at gamestop and when I went to input the code for the bonus content and online pass it told me that it was already used. I called the gamestop where I bought it but the copy I bought was the last new copy they had and told me to contact ea or origin. I just want the limited edition bonus content and online pass that I paid for that's all
