Line Gun and Contact Beam Upgrades missing

hey there everybody

I got a weird problem here. I´m on my second playthrough and in the first, I bought all upgrades for weapons and unlocked the rest by checking those masterlevel crates and cabins. But somehow, I can´t fully upgrade Line Gun and Contact Beam. The rest is totally fine and shows the full upgrade trees on the benches. Only those two are missing. Anyone else having this problem?
