Linking xbox Account to Your EA Account

I created and ea account way back when i was playing battlefield 4 on play station. Now i need and want my xbox account to be linked so i can get all the diorama on battlefront  and use the companion. I also need it to have the companion app for battlefield. I no longer play play station and i only play xbox. When i go to link my account it say this account is already linked to another ea account,but i dont know the account and i just want my xbox live profile to be linked with my ea account, please help!!
