I've seen that I'm not the only one who can't hear the sounds of the lurkers (The baby necromoph) in the game (For me, on PC). I think it only happens with the voices of the game in Spanish. Also the máximum volume its a little bit lower, even with max pc volume. Check lurkers issue in any Spanish stream on internet.
I can confirm that I have the same issue with the Polish dub. There's also a thread on Steam with the exact same problem here, except it's about the German dub. It seems like something that's very easy to miss, most people not playing in English are probably not aware something's wrong. I only realized that when I watched someone else's playthrough.
I got the same problem as well, playing with the Italian dub the Lurkers, Enhanced/Phantom and Armoured Slashers don't make any sound at all. I noticed that if you Stasis the Lurkers and stomp on them, they'll actually make sounds for some reason. Such a shame they didn't bother to fix this.
