If you rigged the installation, that is why it does not appear in your Add/Remove list and that may have caused it to improperly apply the patch. I am going to assume for the sake of argument that you are not running a pirated copy of the game and that you have registered it via Origin.

If you were unable to install the game correctly before, you have either a damaged disc or something is very wrong with your installation of Windows.

The only thing I can really recommend is to back up your local saved games and remove the game opposite of the manner you installed it. Open Origin and redownload the game through there instead of using any disc. It will download a complete and updated copy of the game and should not need to apply a patch.

If you have Windows Firewall or another software firewall installed, disable them to test if you can connect to another game. If the EXE file is updated, some firewalls will no longer allow the game to access the necessary ports.

Aside from that, you should not have had any problems installing the game. As the game requires Origin and your saved game files are stored via Origin Cloud, you could uninstall the game and redownload it directly from Origin. This will rule out your installation media being defective, etc.

I can't un install because it's no appeared in Control Panel >> Uninstall.

Also I can play with no need to disable anything before.

Please let me know any other  investigation clue.

As I mention I just try to hot-fix my installation so we should talk about piracy here.
But your solution is work perfectly for me.

    Thank you.

I wasn't accusing you of piracy so no worries. I just wouldn't put it passed people to come here regardless and I try to rule out everything. As this is an EA forum it would look pretty bad if I was helping someone that did not have a legitimate copy 🙂

I'm glad reinstalling that way worked out for you though and that you can play again!
