NG+ Marker Fragment Despawning
PLEASE fix the bug in the Dead Space Remake where in New Game Plus the first marker fragment in the Maintenance Bay Office despawns, locking out the secret ending. Seems to disappear if not picked up...

Type of issue: Bug
How often: after i finished new game plus i went to play new game ++ and it didn't show up even when i restarted the whole run.
What happens: Chapter 1 marker fragment doesn't spawn .
