NG+ Marker Fragment Despawning
PLEASE fix the bug in the Dead Space Remake where in New Game Plus the first marker fragment in the Maintenance Bay Office despawns, locking out the secret ending. Seems to disappear if not picked up...

Maintenance bay office fragment despawned on NG+, and on my second go-around of NG+ it wasn’t even there upon first entering the room so no way to get achievement or alternate ending

Installed on HDD or SSD?It’s May 28th, 2023. I was excited to unlock the secret ending in my Dead Space PS5 NG+, but have encountered this issue. I have 11/12 Marker fragments, but the first one in the Flight Deck is missing and not in my inventory. Please help. This is really disappointing. EA please help.

Ive been trying to raise this myself. The first marker fragment does not spawn in new game plus or any additional new game plus save.

Date/time issue occurred since launch there has been no patch to fix this.
What type of issue do you have? IE technic/bug - BUG
Summarize your bug as descriptively as possible - Marker Fragment 1 is GLITCHED AND DOES NOT APPEAR. - Chapter 1 - Maintenance office on the shelf.
How often does the bug occur? - ON EVERY NEW GAME PLUS
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? - the marker just does not appear in new game plus. it is not on the shelf.
What happens when the bug occurs? (can you progress, are you stuck) - i cannot obtain the trophy for the secret ending - i am stuck at 11 markers and no chance of a platinum.

@Thedelay Thank you for the information. When you were playing the normal game, did you get all markers before chapter 12 started? Did you happen to miss any at all?
