NG+ Marker Fragment Despawning
PLEASE fix the bug in the Dead Space Remake where in New Game Plus the first marker fragment in the Maintenance Bay Office despawns, locking out the secret ending. Seems to disappear if not picked up...

It’s May 28th, 2023. I was excited to unlock the secret ending in my Dead Space PS5 NG+, but have encountered this issue. I have 11/12 Marker fragments, but the first one in the Flight Deck is missing and not in my inventory. Please help. This is really disappointing. EA please help.
