NG+ Marker Fragment Despawning

PLEASE fix the bug in the Dead Space Remake where in New Game Plus the first marker fragment in the Maintenance Bay Office despawns, locking out the secret ending. Seems to disappear if not picked up...

@Thedelay Thank you for the information. When you were playing the normal game, did you get all markers before chapter 12 started? Did you happen to miss any at all?

The marker is SOOO obvious i find it hard to believe i didnt collect it anyway. But ive been back to check its not inside a wall or around - its just no where to be seen.

Its just the Flight Deck one i cant get.
