NG+ Marker Fragment Despawning
PLEASE fix the bug in the Dead Space Remake where in New Game Plus the first marker fragment in the Maintenance Bay Office despawns, locking out the secret ending. Seems to disappear if not picked up...

I just encountered the same issue.
With only 3,1% players taking the trophy on PS5 it's apparently very common and, at least for me, a showstopper for the platinum.
The only postive is that I didn't waste time taking the Unstoppable trophy :-/
