Same problem as everyone. Not going to bother buying the expansion if they can't even have an "intended" functionallity to work.

Count me in as well.  After reading threads about how to make some of the more powerful weapons I now find out I can't even spend my seals to get them.  Now I'm reading it's been since February!  Hopefully if more people complain they'll fix it.
