online pass for dead space 2

Hi i just brought dead space 3 and my online pass code dont work

Hi femz2011!

If you tried to redeem your online pass during the first start of the game, you can alternatively redeem their Online Pass through their console's Code Redemption process. If you need to redownload their Online Pass can find instructions on doing so here.

If you are still not able to redeem your Online Pass, you need to contact your retailer for an replacement first.

i did that and i got new codes from the support company and it still didnt work it keeps saying not valid or already reedemed but when i asked the company said their games dont need codes anymore please help
