Community Manager@hkoim_x Which launcher do you have it installed through?
I have the same issue and did basically the same too. The game runs smoothly but the controls are unresponsive using keyboard, mouse or xbox series controller. I have launched the game through Xbox/ PC game pass, EA app or Nvidia Geforce experience. I also tried to repair the game through the EA app but nothing.
Community Manager@o0Yoshino0o I have it on the Xbox App using Game Pass so I'm testing it now. Do you have the Game/Xbox app/EA app all installed on the same drive? I ask because of the file locations directory is the same for all of the settings files.
I have also unplugged everything other than mouse and keyboard and using a wired Xbox Series X controller to play. One thing I did notice is that the controller needs to be on before I launch the game or app or I get an error.
