With medium settings and 4K DLSS balanced I can get 65-80 FPS......for a bit. It runs well, and then seemingly randomly, a cutscene will start or an animation will trigger and the framerate entirely collapses into a 20ish stuttery mess and it never recovers. I drag myself to a save point, save the game, exit to the menu and immediately reload the save. Where I was getting that 20ish stuttery mess, It is now back to 65-80 in the exact same spot, until it inevitably collapse again after a while.
It's Wednesday, and this is one of the most active threads that has yet to receive a reply. Sure would be nice to see some EA activity in here.
Yeah that's what bothers me, if anyone told us that the team acknowledged this issue and that they are working on it, I would just wait patiently.
No answer isn't very reassuring...Yea, way I look it is simple. I'm under 2 hours, and it came out almost a week ago. If it's still an issue this time next week I request a steam refund. I'll buy again later, on sale, when they fix it.

well the game still plays like crap even after crappy patch. upgrade the video drivers. did everything I could possibly can, do you all think this cos my GPU is intel 750 platform? Which I hardly doubt it cos I can play other games in full 1440P with solid FPS. I am fed up I have stopped playing due to unbearable FPS drop its like a bloody slide show. Need a proper patch.
