How did you even install the game???? I've install mine about 5 to 6 times now and it shows 100% finished and the goes back to 25% and its stuck. i've been trying the last 24 hours to get this product to work. Ive turn anti-virus off, everything is upto date. I've had computer tech check my pc thinking its my pc and i'm running.

did you try not installing from cd and instead downloading the game? that is what i had to do, because it would get stuck trying to install from the cd.
to the OP, i would suggest try uninstalling and reinstalling clean, as in DS games i have seen these kind of crashes being related to bad files which can only be cleaned by first uninstalling and then reinstalling. i know it should not have to happen but sadly it does.
