Premeditated Malpractice bug - Cannot proceed after Ore Storage

I got to the part of the Premeditated Malpractice quest where you need to check Ore Storage and grab an audio log on a security terminal.  I did that, listened to it, and then proceeded doing the main quest of the Mining Deck.  Upon doubling back and checking side objectives, I noticed "Check Ore Storage" was still in the list.  I went back, but there's nothing else in the room, and looking online, I confirmed that the audio log was supposed to advance the quest line.

I've tried shutting and rebooting the PS5, closing and rebooting the game, reloading various saves (though I don't have one from before I picked up the audio log, unfortunately), taking a tram to a different area and coming back, starting a new game and then loading a save file, and I tried finding the next objective, which is to activate a terminal in the Bridge, but I don't have a prompt to play the video.

It appears this quest is soft locked and I can't proceed.
