Premeditated Malpractice side mission

Question

After I procured the hunter tissue sample I went to Medical to scan the sample and continue the side mission. It seems as soon as I go through the Medical security station doors enemies start to become invisible and any items that that I grab with kinesis will disappear as well. As far as I can tell it only happens when going through that door to continue this side mission. Is this a known issue? I have moved on with the main campaign, but I cannot complete that side mission. Furthermore, I would not be able to go to this door, whether for loot or for additional story requirements without messing up the game as the invisible enemies and disappearing items persist. &nbsp;Any ideas of a possible fix?

@SH221bBAKERS  Do you possibly have an older save point to start from and check if this continues?

I do not. I did try a few different saves at the time I stumbled across it without any luck. I have since moved on thinking maybe it would resolve itself.
