PS5 How to change Text Language to English

Hi,

i would like to know how i could change the Text Language from German to English in my Game on the PS5? Changing the Speech Language is pretty straight forward in the menue, but all the Text is still on German and there is no Option to change that. I can Remember that i could do it back in the days on my PC in the Classic version of Dead Space. Is it Possible, or the Devs dident even consider this option?
