i play the game at low resolution from the start becouse my pc it's not supporting and still having that problem 😕mileyfrustrated:

Nurglet you sir are a life saver. I Got it to work, put it on lowest graphics setting, 1024 x 768 wide, Fullscreen windowed and no vsync and it works.

can you send me your save game file because for me it didnt work , 

The save file is in the C:\Users\yourname\Documents\EA Games\Dead Space 3 and it looks like this ds3_v1_slot_02

Had the game on the lowest graphic settings, lowest resolution, vsync off, restarted the chapter twice! and uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still it doesnt work!!

Did not work for me same glitch no go!!! Please lets have a patch 10- hours trying!!!
