Community ManagerThis can mean one of two things @rainbowcat1018, wither you have parental controls on the account which is stopping you getting it or else your account is underage.
The best thing to do is check your account settings are correct and if nothing works then you will need to speak with Microsoft support.

It's 2020 and the update to this should be that EA pulled support for DS3 Online Multiplayer. That service is probably no longer running. There is no way to re-buy or download the old Online Pass through the game itself. I love this game but it was mainly for the coop storyline and I'd love to do it again. If anything they need to remove the online pass restriction or at least push through the game a notification that the online pass service is no longer usable or available. C'mon EA...it's like a half-day worth of work. Prioritize this. We're not getting a DS4. We know that. At least give us the ability to play the full contents of this game.
