Hi, thanks for replying to my post. My system is not top of the line, but I can still play at medium graphic level with 40+ fps. For this particular section I have tried to lower my graphic settings to low and also the resolution to 1024 x 768. Doesn't help. I feel like I am doing something wrong. Perhaps I should be pressing E harder or slower or just tapping. I have pretty much tried everything to no avail. Sigh I hate the QTEs in this game. I am sure though there has to be a way.

Yeah I dont really like the QTEs in the game. I mean I like the immersive feeling, but the hint isn't clear enough, sometimes I'm confused as to hold the button or mash it like crazy.
And for that particular QTE, you should mash the button. That was what worked for me. Hope you fix your problem soon.
And oh, my FPS was around 100, I'm playing the game on low (would drop to 40s on heavy load).
I am through, finally! and this is going to sound insanely dumb I suppose. But, I just used a different keyboard and mashed on the E button and voila on the first attempt I was through!
I quite like this game but I wish EA and Visceral had put in a little more effort into making the game more consistent.
Off to killing more Necros now until I am faced with the next set of QTEs anyways 😕mileyvery-happy:
