Hi,
Try to add Origin in Firewall and antivirus as it may cause issue: https://help.ea.com/uk/article/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin
Then clear Origin cache with these steps: Please launch the Origin > Go to Application Settings> Advanced> > Click on Delete all game installer . Close the Origin and then right click on Origin icon on desktop and click on Run as admin.
I'm sure it will resolve downloading issue.
