In any case, the answer should be the same:

The melee actions (stomp/punch) are the same as attack and alt-attack, except you cannot be aiming.  Aim+Attack = Shoot, Attack without Aim = Punch.  Alt-attack is the same for stomp.

On the Xbox 360, the actual commands for this are:

Attack = Left Trigger [hold] + Right Trigger

Alt-Attack Left Trigger [hold] + Right Bumper

Punch = Right Trigger

Stomp = Right Bumper

For kinesis, it is B (or the Kinesis command on your platform) with Aim.  So Left Trigger [hold] + B.  B without Aim does Quick Heal.
Stasis is Aim + Y (Xbox 360 default), the Stasis command without Aim does Stasis Recharge.
