I have taken the requested steps, and am now getting a different error but the app still closes immediately. Any other ideas?

Please send this information to developers, using symbols they should be able to localize the issue.

@clisparion Thanks. I notated the logs. I took a look at the file and these are the suggestions I would make to see if they help with this one.

• Check for Windows and GPU updates 
• Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings
• Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues
• Install/Repair your VC++ files for the game (Microsoft VC++ Link)

The error report shows mostly Windows errors, so I would go through and repair and update as much as you can. Some of the errors can effect the game but the dumps may be more impactful than the Windows errors.

There is a window that opens at launch then closes immediately after, then the EA App opens, the same way the OP described it.

I have reinstalled EA App, the game several times, still the issue is there. The game is installed on SSD.

My apologies for the delay, yes I am still getting the same error when trying to play on my desktop PC. I think I am going to let it go as I don't have much time for troubleshooting and will just play it on my laptop. Thank you. I am interested to see the fix for some of the others who are facing the same issue. 

@Alien_Skull No worries at all. I get it. Game time is limited and you don't always have a lot of time to troubleshoot a game when you could just be playing it.
