yep, I had the same issue. spent something like a good hour searching for that and I thought maybe I did something wrong and an "out of script" thing. But then realized it was a bug when saw on a video that the power cell should have been there. Also the graphics stuttering need a patch
Oh, so this is also some kind of bug. I also gad this when I tried to play this port a few hours earlier. I even tried to look for this battery in other locations but after getting again and again stuttering and huge fps drops i decided to end playing this game. Releasing port like this is real shame and shows no respect for all players. I’m disappointed.
Same problem happened to me during Chapter 7 - Missing Power Cell, during Main Objective: Activate the Launch Tubes. Even using SSD same problem.. try all saves but nothing....
