If you perform an UO trace, please send me the data via PM here in this board, we would need at least 20 hops.
Seems pretty much, but if these kind of basic workarounds doesn't work, we need to get through various steps to get sure that we eliminate as much blocking troubleshooter as possible.
Please get sure that you connect your PC or console direct to your modem via direct cable connection.
