Turn on vsync in Nvidia control panel and turn it off in game turn on triple buffering if its off.
Also Windows 11, navigate to Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Change Default Graphics Settings and enable Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling.
See if this can help.
If this does not help I guess next update should fix it.
