[Steam] Error 0xc000007b Starting Dead Space 2

I've purchased the game on steam, after installation when I try to launch the game the error 0xc000007b appears and the game closes. I've reinstalled the game,  microsoft directx,  Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package and everything I could find on the internet and the game keeps crashing. 

I have an hp pavillion laptop 15-eh0009la with:
amd ryzen 7 4700u with radeon graphics
8gb ram
windows 11
