Bug: I haven't been able to start the game since I bought it...When I open it, I just get a blank, black screen.
When did the Bug occur?: It occured immediately, out of box (or download)...On start up, every time, blank screen.
What did you do before you experienced the Bug (please be as detailed as possible)?: N/A because I could/can not play.
What did you expect to happen? : I expected the game to load.
My PC is perfectly capable of handeling this game:
Mainboard : ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. SABERTOOTH X79
Processor : Intel Core i7 3820 @ 3600 MHz
Physical Memory : 16384 MBDDR3-SDRAM
Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680
Hard Disk : ADATA SX900 ATA Device (128GB)
Hard Disk : SAMSUNG SSD 830 Series ATA Device (128GB)
Hard Disk : Western Digital WD3000HLHX-01JJPV0 ATA Device (300GB)
Monitor Type : BenQ BenQ XL2420T - 24 inches
Operating System : Windows 7 Ultimate Professional Media Center 6.01.7601 Service Pack 1 (64-bit)
DirectX : Version 11.00
I've deleted drivers, installed the latest drivers, tried compatability mode, and still can't get this game to run.
I mam experiencing the exact same issue.
system is running vista 64bit with GTX580.
Have also tried to get help online at https://help.ea.com/contactus?. Been waiting at the login screen for an hour already.
