I have some news about your trace routes.
We detected two noticeable problems, some of your traces contain massive packet loss that is not on our end. Mostly that happens if your provider is blocking parts of your connection for security reasons. This can cause issues with ports you need for gaming. You guys need to get in contact with your ISP, please provide them the information about your issue and the router ports you need.
In a few reports, the first four "hops" are unknown. Usually that happens if you are behind a University network (or something similar). You would need to check this by yourself because we are not able to provide you a working solution for that.
