SUGGESTION: Change Quest Status for Chief Engineer Rousseau's Rig

When playing through Chapter 3, the player gains access to the engine room next to Chief Engineer Rousseau's rig. This then marks his rig as obtainable for the quest, "You Are Not Authorized" This rig however, is not obtainable until Chapter 7, when you get the level 3 clearance required to open the door to Rousseau's rig. The quest does list the rigs in obtainable order, but a new player wouldn't know that. They might just look at the quest, see it's not highlighted in red, and then waste their time backtracking for it when they don't have the clearance. Marking this rig as unobtainable and placing it after Mining Supervisor Dallas' rig (the rig that gives you level 3 clearance) on the list seems more fitting to me.
