"This code has already been used."

Hello, I am here today bought the game Dead Space 3. Activation code of this game does not work: "This code has already been activated." How do I activate the game?

    Please contact an Advisor for assistance with this.

    Here's how you can do so;

    • Click here: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
    • Check that you are logged in
    • Type the game's name (Dead Space 3)
    • Select the game and click Next
    • Pick the platform you purchased the game for
    • Then click the Next button again
    • Under 'select a topic' choose Codes
    • Then type what you put for the thread subject
    • Click Next and pick how you'd like to contact EA
