Unable to access 'Downloadable Content' in Dead Space 3 Limited Edition

You will need to contact EA Support for assistance with this issue, they can check your account can acess the DLC

Contacted EA Help; Live chatted with their advisor. They couldn't solve the problem. Instead, they told me to open ports and said they have posted this as a bug on my behalf.

  I have the exact same issue... which ports did they tell you to open? It's odd, because it's allowed through firewall and I have no intrusive apps running that could limit the access...
