Unable to access 'Downloadable Content' in Dead Space 3 Limited Edition

My computer is connected to the Internet and every time I try clicking on 'Downloadable Content' in the main menu, it would always say "Cannot retrieve information from Origin. Please check your conn...

I have the exact same issue... which ports did they tell you to open? It's odd, because it's allowed through firewall and I have no intrusive apps running that could limit the access...

TCP ports:

  • 80
  • 443
  • 9960-9969
  • 1024-1124
  • 18000
  • 18120
  • 18060
  • 27900
  • 28910
  • 29900

UDP ports:

  • 1024-1124
  • 18000
  • 29900

This still does not solve the problem.

    Oh, are those all? Why the heck does it need that many ports opened? oh well...

    I found a similar list on a different thread, though opening those also did nothing what so ever.

    I guess it's their way of telling us not to buy the DLC, eh?
