HI @Lomadiahgaming thanks for bringing this up. Currently to adjust the Resolution enter full-screen mode then adjust it. Once done you can move to full windowed mode.
I think that being in fullscreen may also not actually be changing resolution either as text etc doesn't look sharp enough, but it's hard to tell as the game's framerate is unhappy - which is partly why I wanted to try and test it in a 1440p window as that often allows me to stream games without impacting system performance.
Also: refunded on the Epic store and bought on Steam to see if it was anything weird like that. Am on the latest build that just patched today, exact same issue. Happy to wait if it's a known bug etc - waiting on the graphics fixes anyway - but it seems to be a challenge to get hold of anyone who may be able to confirm this or provide a solution.

Just bumping this again as this has persisted through several game patches and a few NVIDIA driver updates, and the game is still unplayable. So far I have found nothing about a fix, the closest I've gotten to something similar is some folks losing graphics options when starting NG+: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Game-is-choosing-incorrect-graphics-card-in-multi-GPU-systems/m-p/12259143/highlight/true#M912
Does anyone know anything further about broken resolution settings on PC? NVIDIA Control Panel doesn't do a thing, I don't have multiple GPUs, it's definitely outputting to the correct GPU and monitor.
