2 years ago@waddles6272 There are a few things you can try with the steps below, but how you described it, it sounds like a corrupted save or update. Typically these issues, either playing through as you said or loading into a save before it started happening which I get is a pain and I have had to do it on a few occasions.
- Quit all running Apps (For Series X|S consoles)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USBs from the console then restart the Xbox and check for updates!
Clear Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
- Select restart
What I do with mine is every few saves I manually make, I end up creating a new save file and not saving over the last one. Makes it easier to have a fresh save rather than just one massive file that can become corrupted.
